Kindergarten Registration
Children entering kindergarten must be five years old by September 30. All incoming kindergarten children will participate in a kindergarten assessment to determine readiness. After assessment, parents will attend a conference and be notified if the student is accepted for the upcoming school year.
New Student Registration (Grades 1-8)
New families with students in grades 1-8 must contact the school office to register their child or children. Registration of new students takes place during the second semester after the re-registration of current school families.
Prior to acceptance, the student’s previous school records will be reviewed, and a student/parent interview with the principal is required. Following the interview with the principal, families will be notified of their acceptance.
Children entering grade 1 must be six years old by September 30 and/or provide evidence of successfully completing a year of kindergarten in an accredited school.
Re-Registration
Families whose children attend St. Anthony of Padua School will be required to re-register for each academic year. This re-registration will take place during the second semester, usually each January. The student’s academic and conduct records will be reviewed for re-admission. All tuition must be current before the re-registration is considered complete. Families with unpaid or back tuition may be subject to a meeting with the pastor and parish finance council before re-registration is complete.
